Effective January 1, 2026, the Department of Paediatrics, Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto and the Division of Neurology at The Hospital for Sick Children—an academic health science centre dedicated exclusively to children and affiliated with the University of Toronto—is recruiting a full-time permanent staff physician.
The successful candidate will be an academically oriented pediatric neurologist with subspecialty training in neuromuscular disorders and EMG/NCS certification.
Clinical duties include inpatient neurology and neuromuscular consultations, EMG/NCV studies, and ambulatory clinics. Educational and research opportunities are available within the Department of Paediatrics and affiliated research programs.

- Key clinical duties: inpatient consultations, ambulatory neurology and neuromuscular clinics, performing/interpreting EMG/NCV studies.
- Requirements: MD (or equivalent), subspecialty training in pediatric neurology & neuromuscular disorders, certified (or eligible) with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, licensure (or eligible) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
- Academic Appointment: At the University of Toronto; rank and salary commensurate with qualifications ($275,543 – $326,012 per year).
