The Stem Cell Network (SCN) and the National Research Council Canada (NRC) are hosting a virtual half-day Canadian Rare Disease Symposium: Preparing for Clinical Trials – International Regulatory Insights, and cGMP Gene Therapy Manufacturing Capabilities in Canada.
This half-day event is focused on advancing gene and cell therapies in Canada and will cover international regulatory insights for clinical trial readiness and an overview of Canada’s cGMP gene therapy manufacturing capabilities. Participants will hear from regulators, industry, and national labs on policies, expedited pathways, cross-border collaboration, and manufacturing infrastructure, providing practical guidance for academics, clinicians, industry professionals, government researchers, and trainees working in rare disease therapies.
