The RARE.Qc has launched its 2026–2027 Grant Program for Collaborative Structuring Projects.
This program supports innovative and interdisciplinary research in rare diseases in Quebec. With up to $50,000 available for two projects, the program aims to generate preliminary data, strengthen collaborations, and also advance patient-oriented research.
Applications due May 19, 2026.
Funding & Elegibility:
- Two (2) projects will be funded under this call, each with a maximum budget of $50,000.
- The funding period for each project is 12 months.
- To be elegible, each application must include at least two RARE.Qc members proposing a collaborative project that offers a promising opportunity to improve the health of people living with rare diseases. The main applicant and the co-applicant must be RARE.Qc regular members at the time of application. The application may comprise additional applicants, including partner members.
