Biography
Wanda Dupebe recently started her PhD, investigating the mechanisms underlying skeletal muscle dysfunction using multi-omics approaches. In addition to her bioinformatics background, she uses advanced biostatistical analyses to address complex biological questions. Her research projects are conducted in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and her initial project focused on investigating sex-specific transcriptomic and alternative splicing differences in individuals with Myotonic Dystrophy Type 1.
