Dr. Marina Grandis, MD, PhD is a neurologist with extensive expertise in neuromuscular disorders, including inherited neuropathies, genetic and inflammatory myopathies, and myasthenia gravis. Her clinical and research activities focus on understanding disease mechanisms, improving diagnosis, and developing targeted therapies.

She has a strong interest in genetic myopathies and has established a dedicated outpatient clinic for adult muscle diseases. Dr. Grandis has contributed to national collaborative projects and serves on the board of the Italian Society of Myology. She has also developed innovative diagnostic approaches for neuromuscular conditions, combining electromyography, muscle imaging, and advanced genetic testing.
