  1. Review the pathophysiology leading to muscle cramps and recognize their characteristic clinical and electrophysiological features.
  2. Describe current and novel methods of assessing muscle cramps, small fiber and autonomic neuropathy.
  3. Differentiate between autonomic and small fiber neuropathy, understanding their distinct clinical presentations and pathophysiological mechanisms.
  4. Understand a rational approach to cramp and small fibre management and treatment, including both non-pharmacological and pharmacological strategies
