MDC Press Release | Muscular Dystrophy Canada Awarded Imagine Canada Accreditation

The NMD4C are pleased to celebrate the recent Imagine Canada national accreditation awarded to one of our partners Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

The Imagine Canada Standards Program is awarded in recognition of excellence in the non-profit field. To earn the accreditation, an organization must meet 73 standards in financial management and accountability, fundraising practise, board governance, staff management, and volunteer management.

This prestigious accreditation is an official complement to the extraordinary scope of work MDC does to support the neuromuscular community, influence positive change with advocacy and fund basic and translational research in the field of NMD.
