NMD4C Hosts 2nd Annual Clinical Summer School in Calagry!

NMD4C Hosts 2nd Annual Clinical Summer School in Calagry!
On September 24. 2026 the second annual NMD4C Clinical Summer School brought together 25 neuromuscular fellows from across Canada in University of Calgary for a day of hands-on learning, discussion, connection, and collaboration. Fellows participated in interactive ultrasound and EMG workshops, case rounds, and group discussions, while also having dedicated opportunities to network, exchange perspectives, and build relationships with peers and neuromuscular experts from across the country.
This year, we were excited to welcome our new Chief Neuromuscular Fellows, Drs. Katherine Archibold, Paula Adler, Angela Russell, and Gurpreet Chaggar. We look forward to their contributions in this leadership role as they help foster engagement and strengthen connections within Canada's neuromuscular fellow community.
We would like to thank our program sponsors FUJIFILM Sonosite for their unwavering contribution to our annual program. We would also like to thank Summer School co-leads  Drs. Marianne Nury and Gordon Jewett, as well as the workshop leads Drs. Grayson Beecher, Theodore Mobach, Christopher White and Shahin Khayambashi, for their time, expertise, and commitment to educating and supporting the next generation of neuromuscular clinicians.
